SPEAKER

Chief Master Sergeant Denise Jelinski-Hall conveys her passion for servant-leadership, professional and personal growth, and the importance of mentoring in the development of our nation’s future leaders through her powerful and inspirational message for audiences from all walks of life.

Denise applies the life-changing lessons of determination, perseverance, and faith that she learned along her journey as a young girl from the prairies of Minnesota to the only enlisted woman selected in the history of the United States Armed Forces as a senior advisor to a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Together with her profound faith, Denise credits the mentors who influenced her life through their ability to “walk the talk” of a true servant-leader as the driving forces behind her rise to the highest echelons on the Pentagon. She served for more than three years as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to a member of the National Guard Bureau advising the Chief of the National Guard, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and the White House on all enlisted matters affecting training, utilization, health, families, and professional development of more than 415,000 enlisted National Guard Soldiers and Airmen across America and its territories.

A highly-decorated enlisted leader, Denise speaks with authority, empathy, and levity about overcoming adversity, breaking barriers to success, and leading people to be their very best. She illuminates her audiences by masterfully weaving engaging stories about past mentors and leaders into her discussions. Chief Jelinski-Hall is a woman, a warrior, and a winner whose life story is the very embodiment of servant-leadership and who challenges audiences to remove any and all impediments to personal and professional success; to never forget the power of mentoring others to foster their growth and development as future leaders; and to never lose faith in their God-given ability to achieve their maximum potential in all facets of their lives.
